Cathy Wendland-Colby

Wendland-Colby has been teaching the world how to live a healthier lifestyle since 1988. What started as a simple after school job teaching aerobics while still in high school, quickly blossomed into a fast-paced career in the health and fitness industry. Almost overnight I began training instructors, educating executives and teaching corporate wellness to some of the largest businesses throughout the US Northeast. By 1995, I knew I needed to expand my reach so I moved to Georgia to attend Life. After graduating in 1999, public speaking seemed the most natural way to educate the masses and build my practices in Florida, New York and Georgia. I’ve been honored to speak on some of the largest stages in and out of the profession and realize the importance of excellent communication skills. Through live events, YouTube videos and my online work at Educated Pregnancy, we’ve educated over 4 million families and thousands of health care providers around the world.
